The most popular is the 8-hour nutritional window, during this time we eat three meals, during the remaining sixteen we do not eat anything, but we replenish fluids, which are also extremely important. Therefore, our eating window may be closed from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., as well as from 10:00 or even 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or 7:00 p.m. Thanks to this, we can freely adapt the post to our duties that we undertake during the day.
